"I have a question?"

"How soon will my order ship?"

Most in-stock pieces ship within 24 hours, but depending on current order volume, orders may take up to 5 business days to process.  Made-To-Order pieces can take up to 14 days to create, before they are packaged to be shipped to you. The projected shipping time you see during checkout is an estimation of how long the delivery service will take to deliver your package, it does not include the amount of time it takes me to prepare your order for shipment. 

"How many days a week do you ship?"

Five days! I ship orders Monday - Friday. 

"What if I want to return something?"

If your order didn't work out for you, but is still in sellable condition, please email me (responding to your order or shipping notification is best, that way I have all of your order info in the email already!) within 3 days of receiving your order, I will give authorization and the return address info. Package the return in the original packing material (the earrings in their box, hair clips in their pouch, etc.) and ship back to me within 5 days of receiving authorization. Returns will be processed on the original payment method, or Store Credit. Returns initiated outside of the return window are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns shipped back outside of the return window are only eligible for store credit. 

"Do you do custom orders?"

Sometimes. All of my ideas keep me very busy, but occasionally I have a few extra minutes and can take up selective custom orders.  No promises, but send me an email and we can chat about your idea. 

"How often do you have new pieces?" 

I usually have something new at least once a month, sometimes that will be a brand new collection, sometimes just a few new pieces. The volume at which I release things varies, but I usually have something new at least once a month. 

"Do I have to put in my credit card number to create an account?"

Nope! You don't have to enter any payment info until you are placing an order. 

 "How many people work at Coco's Musings?" 

It’s just me!  Occasionally in really busy times, my Mom will lend me a hand, but 99% of the time Coco’s Musings is a One-Woman Show. 

"I tried to add 2 of something to my cart, but when I went to checkout, there was only 1?"

That means I only have 1 left in stock. You can "add" as many things to a cart as you'd like, but when you go to checkout it will revert to the maximum amount of inventory I have on hand.  Send me a message if you want more than I have on hand! 

"Do you ship internationally?"

I'm still figuring the ins and outs of selling internationally out, but I can sell internationally through my Etsy Store! If I don't have what you are looking for listed on Etsy, just send me a message and I can create a custom listing for you.
