Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within a business day of placement, but depending on current order volume, they can take up to 5 business days to package and ship. The estimated delivery date you see at checkout reflects handling time (Up to 5 business days to prepare your order).  Your order may arrive before or after the estimated arrival date, the arrival date estimated is not a guaranteed delivery date.

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped with the tracking number. 

I offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental USA, you can always choose an expedited shipping option on orders over $50 at checkout.

I use UPS and USPS to ship orders, if you have a PO Box for delivery, be sure to specify USPS as your shipping service. 

Made to Order pieces can take up to 14 days to create before they are shipped, please keep that in mind. Orders ship complete, so if you order in stock pieces with made to order pieces, your order will ship once the made to order pieces have been  created.

Please double check your address before placing your order, if there is a mistake, contact me ASAP. If your package has already been handed off to the delivery service, nothing can be done to change the address. Any costs incurred due to insufficient or incorrect address are the responsibility of the buyer. 

I may upgrade your shipping service at no additional cost to you, as I see fit. 

In the case of a return or exchange, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
